Cold Forging

DYNA-MIG, A Division of F&P Mfg., Inc. has over 20 years of experience in cold forging utilizing two 300T Sakamura BPF-650 forming machines and one 320T National Machinery Formax XXV former.

This unique method of high speed parts forming produces inner pipe components for bushings, fasteners, pins, and tensioners as well as collars for structural support. Tooling design is offered in-house to reduce lead time. As a natural extension of cold forging, DYNA-MIG also offers in-house thread tapping.
