2010	Company amalgamation with F&P Mfg., Inc. ISO/TS 16949:2009 Recertification

2009	New model launch Toyota Highlander (Princeton, IN) New model launch at CAMI Automotive Chevy Equinox & GMC Terrain (Ingersoll, ON)

2008	New model launch Toyota RAV4 & Venza (Cambridge, ON)

2007	ISO/TS 16949:2002 Certification

2006	New model white body & suspension components launch at CAMI Automotive for the Suzuki XL7 (ingersoll, ON)

2005	New model white body parts launch at CAMI Automotive Pontiac Torrent (Ingersoll, ON)

2004	New model white body parts launch at CAMI Automotive for the Cevrolet Equinox (Ingersoll, ON) Began to supply for Toyota Tacoma (NUMMI/California, TMMBC/Mexico)

2003	Began supply to Toyota Lexus Suspension Components (Cambridge, ON) Began Tier 1 supply to Nissan Quest Suspension Components (Canton, Miss.)

2002	Launched Tier 1 Ecoating for Toyota Corolla (Cambridge, ON) Launched Tier 1 welding for Suzuki ATV frame components (Rome, GA)

2001	ISO14001 Certification

2000	QS9000 Certification. Launched Tier 1 Ecoating for Toyota Solara (Cambridge, ON)

1999	Began Tier 2 welding of brake pedal components

1998	All lines operational to supply CAMI Automotive for J2 (Vitara/Tracker, M3 (Swift) & Ecoat
