DYNA-MIG, A Division of F&P Mfg., Inc. operates two Electro-deposition (e-coat) systems to service our multiple OEMs and several Tier One suppliers with painted product that will exceed their corrosion specification requirements.

Our e-coat system contains a zinc phosphate pre-treatment and lead free paint bath, which allow us to achieve superior corrosion resistance performance. We also have the flexibility of Neutral DeScale pre-treatment and/or various incremental thickness of e-coat. Additional benefits of using e-coat paint are uniform coating, excellent surface appearance, low waste, and low VOC (volatile organic compound) emissions.

After painting, the product is separated based on the level of packaging required for our customers. Our paint department has extensive packaging capabilities to meet our OEM Service Part requirements. Detailed packaging instructions and visual aids are used to confirm product identification to ensure product is packaged and labeled consistently to our Customer’s specification.
